Resumo
O objetivo deste texto é fazer uma reflexão sobre resultados fiscais obtidos com o ajuste em curso, analisando-se alguns indicadores de finanças públicas nos anos recentes e os principais itens da receita e da despesa pública do setor público consolidado do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul.

Abstract
The objective of this paper is to make a reflection on the fiscal results obtained with the current adjustment, analyzing some indicators of public finances in the recent years and the main items of public revenues and expenditures on the public sector which is consolidated in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.
